People join our charters and tours

back to us...
Hi Mark, Gemcom Asia Pacific (Perth, Western Australia)
10th December, 2007 Hi All, (Kewdale, Western Australia) 28th November , 2007 Dear Alan, Thank you for your patience, care and concern for our safety throughout our six days in WA - all the kind detours you've made for us to see a little more of this beautiful state of WA. Hope to see you soon in Singapore! Thanks for the memories. Teachers and Pupils of Raffles Institution (Singapore) 6th July, 2007 Dear Sir, I am writing to express my appreciation of your good principle in supplying Chris Slee to take my daughter Clare and I on the Three Day South West Experience tour and not cancelling it as we were the only two booked. My daughter, Clare, who lives in Sydney, has eagerly awaited and saved over months for this trip and would have been really disappointed had there been a cancellation. Yours Sincerely, Teresa Freeman (Perth, Western Australia) 22nd June, 2007 Thank you very much for the bus and driver charter. We had a fantastic trip. Daniel was wonderful-friendly, nice and an excellent driver. Please pass on our appreciation to him. The bus was great also. Thank you very much. Yours sincerely, Anne Matan Research Assistant WAPC Services Business Unit (Western Australia)
21st May, 2007 Hi Mark, I know it has been a few weeks since the S.A. Little Athletics state team travelled to W.A., but it would have been remiss of me not to touch base with you and congratulate you on the service provided to our travelling party. We arrived over there on Thursday 19th of April, not without drama as our flight had been delayed taking off from Adelaide due to a minor technical problem. This is where I immediately knew I was dealing with a very professional, friendly and courteous service, by the way you accommodated the needs of our travelling party by allowing us to reschedule our itinerary items due to our late arrival in Perth. Your coach driver, Alan, was a very amiable, courteous and flexible gentleman. He was an excellent ambassador for your company. His timely advice in assisting with crucial routes and timing in achieving our itinerary objectives were very welcomed and received. Thank you once again for your service. I will not hesitate to recommend your service to any organisation travelling to your city if I have the opportunity. Kind regards, Steve Fairfield State Team Manager (Little Athletics Adelaide)
16th December, 2006 Hi Daniel, I have attached the photos as promised. I have included a shot at the Indian Ocean thanks to your "speedy" driving which left us with slightly more time to explore. Thanks for playing the guide during this trip! It was great fun. Do keep in touch. Cheers, Sandra (Singapore) 9th December, 2006 I would like to thank all those coach captains that had provided their services for us. Without them, this trip to Western Australia, Perth, would not be a successful, enjoyable and fun one. They are ANDREW, MITCH and ALAN. Andrew has been a very kind, friendly and helpful guy throughout the whole trip. Though he is quiet young man, but once he starts talkin, you will find that he is quite entertaining and is whom you can talk and joke with. I really enjoyed the time spend with you. Keep up the good work but do not forget about fishing. I will remember you always. No worries mate!!! As for Mitch, he is a super humourous guy who will always entertain you throughout the entire trip. Your bus journey will never be boring with his presence. In addition, he is a very good singer. He is just like a friend to me, someone you can laugh and kid with. Lastly, Alan can be a good entertainer too though he may look cool on the outside. Know him well and you will get to see another side of him. Overall, I really really like to thank them for giving me such a memorable trip. I would definately seek Majestic Tour's service the next time I go to WA. Sok Leng (Singapore) November 16th, 2006 Jill

22nd September 2004 Dear Paul, Re our telephone conversation of today - I had clients Smith x 2 booked on your tour, MJ026, South West Experience ex Perth 14th September. They have advised me that they were very impressed with the tour, accommodation and meals, and had very high praise for your driver/guide - Gordon. Well done - It's so nice to get good reports back from clients. Many thanks to Gordon for looking after my valued clients. Kind regards, Jan Price Harvey World Travel Revesby, New South Wales, Australia
23rd July, 2004 Dear Kim, 20th December 2003 Mark and all at Majestic Tours and Charters, Thank you so much for your assistance with the World Cup. You were a pleasure to work with. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Total Sports Travel Fortitude Valley Queensland, Australia
28 August 2003 Dear Mark I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your driver, Robert for the excellent service we received on Tuesday 26th August, 2003. Robert was very charming and patient with us all. This was a much needed outing for all concerned and Robert's friendly manner and your helpfulness with booking arrangements and confirmations, made our day so very delightful. It was a good opportunity for our clients (full time carers of persons with Dementia) to network. One of the aims of outings of this nature is for people to form a lasting relationship with other carers and to increase their support network. This was achieved and I feel it had a lot to do with the atmosphere on the day. Our In Home Respite program has proven to be very popular and it is activities like this that make a difference to these wonderful people. Once again, thank you for an excellent service. Yours sincerely, Margaret Dare Acting Coordinator, Mercy Aged Care In Home Respite
11th August 2003 Mark & Jill, Just a quick note of thanks. The bus ride to and from Karalundi went very well. It was far too long but that's not your fault....... Robert was great as a driver (as was the second driver on the return, sorry mind is blank on a name..). I felt sorry that we had to ask them to drive so far at such odd times, however the conference was a huge success. We also completely renovated two houses inside and out in four days. Quite a task considering the state they were in when we arrived. Once again many thanks for your professional assistance. It is a real pleasure to deal with a company that works hard to fulfill all their customers needs. Your company will be first on my list should I have to do anything like this in the future. Regards, John John Stevenson National Business Administration Manager - Route Sanitarium Health Food Company
Dear Mark, Now that the dust has settled and I have had time to reflect on the great time we all enjoyed in WA in April it is appropriate I thank those whose efforts contributed directly to the success of St Matthews Golf Week 2003. On behalf of my fellow organizers, I cannot thank you & your staff enough for the assistance in organizing the bus schedules in the lead up to & during Golf Week. Having modern, comfortable buses operating on time is always a bonus as is the professional, friendly and cooperative manner in which your drivers Kim & Robert conducted themselves. Their efforts were a credit to the company as well as themselves. Please pass on our thanks for a job extremely well done. Should you ever need someone to attest to the quality of the service provided by Majestic Tours, do not hesitate to contact me. Yours sincerely Patrick Buckley Golf Tour Director (Queensland)
Mark and staff at Majestic tours I would just like to thank you for the excellent service that you gave to my Mother and sister on their tour with you to Wave Rock, Albany and Augusta, on April 8th 03. Many thanks also to your guide Gordon, for taking such excellent care of my mother from the moment he picked them up, to the moment he dropped them off. Picking them up at home was beyond our expectations and we very much appreciate this extra service. Mum and my sister have nothing but praise for the kindness and consideration given by Gordon and his expert knowledge of the places they visited. Other tours they have been on pale in comparison to yours. It was a wonderful experience for them and of course it goes beyond saying that they thoroughly enjoyed the tour with you. I would not hesitate to recommend your tour to any other visitors to WA.
Jen Kingham (Thornlie WA)
Gordon, Thank you for making this a very enjoyable trip. I hope you have some time with your family before setting off again. John (New Zealand)
Dear Robert, A Happy New Year. (Sorry I think too late.) Thanks your Christmas and New Year card. How do you doing? Now in Japan is coldest throughout the year. 19th in January. We have been exchange of pictures meeting. There were your picture lots of. When we watched pictures we remembered West Southern Australia. I'd like return your country some day. You'd for remember us till next time. Please take care your health. See you again. ( I don't like good bye) Sincerely yours, F.Osada (Japan)
25-01-03 Dear Mr Robert, How are you doing? I'm fine. Now Japan is in winter season. Because Japan is in the Northern Hemisphere, season in Japan is opposite to Australia. For example, a winter begins from December and ends in March. Hanamaki city in Iwate prefecture, where my family and I are living, is cited in North region of Japan and one of the coldest areas in Japan. Now snow lies thick on the ground. The present height of snow is about 30cm height here. Now silvery landscape can be seen because field and mountains are fully covered with snow. It is getting colder and colder by the day. In particular, the temperate in January and February is very cold, as minus 15 degree Celsius. In addition, snow will cumulate up to about 80cm. Because it snows a lot here, there are many slopes for skiing. So we can enjoy skiing and snow boarding around here. I would like to thank you for driving during a journey in West Australia in last October. Your driving was so nice that we could enjoy the journey. I enjoyed the stories with humours using effective gestures. Guide for attractive place made me so pleasant. For instance, a place where many honey parrots gather, a place where various kinds of beautiful flowers exist, were very attractive. In addition, I was excited to see you catching a kind of lizard. It was pleasant for me that we played the piano together. I remember that you did not make any mistakes when you played the sounds I played. I think you are very good pianist. Because wild flowers in Australia do not exist in Japan, I observed those interestingly. I could observe so many flowers of various shapes and colours which may not be seen in usual tours that I had good time there. I really appreciate you helps when I became sick at restaurant with water mill. As remedy, you made me drink water and made me ease, and so on. Thanks to your helps, I recovered and I could continue the journey. As a token of my appreciation, I send cookies made near my living place. I hope you'll like it. I look forward to seeing you again on some occasion in the future.
Mr T Okmori. (Japan) 30-6-02 To Majestic Tours Mr Mark Hardman. Dear Mark, My wife and I have just completed a tour with your company in the area down south. This was the first guided bus tour we have taken and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Your driver Robert was most helpful and informative, the accommodation and meals were superb. I will certainly be recommending this tour to any of our friends who are coming this way. Robert helped us all to relax and enjoy the friendship of the other passengers. The only problem was that Robert did not agree with me that the Crows are the best AFL team, suppose I can't win them all! Once again, thanks for a wonderful three days. Regards,
Dear Alan, Thanks for a really good tour, had a fantastic time, best tour I've ever done by far. It's amazing the knowledge you have of the areas we went to. Thanks again,
Majestic

Alan,
Alan, To the General Manager, Majestic Tours and Charters,
During this trip we visited such towns as Albany, Busselton and Margaret River and saw many places of interest including Jewel Cave and the Tree Top Walk. I wish to say how impressed we were with the quality of the tour, accommodation and meals all of which were first class. Alan was most competent and helpful and shared a lot of information and knowledge about the places we visited. I would have no hesitation in travelling with Majestic Tours again and in recommending them to anyone contemplating touring WA. Many thanks to Majestic Tours for a most enjoyable and unforgettable three days and congratulations of the quality of your tour and personnel. Yours
faithfully, Alan,
P.S You gave me a seashell. I love it. Thanks a lot.
Dear Sir,
Yours truly,
